Mushtaaque Ali Ahmad Khan (Winner of State Award – 2025), is a renowned Actor, Theatre Practitioner, Broadcaster, TV Producer, Filmmaker, and Director of Film Festivals from Srinagar, Kashmir. He began his career as a child artist in 1974 and later transitioned into filmmaking in 1988. He has produced and directed over, 25 tele-films, 50 tele-serials (225 episodes), 35 documentary films, 10 Short Films, 15 music albums and other programmes.
He has worked with various entities like DD Kashir, DD Urdu, J&K Tourism, and Kashmir University, significantly impacting Kashmir’s cultural landscape.
